论如何加强大学文化建设、培育社会主义新人

当今世界上许多国家都更加重视大学的作用和发展，更加重视大学文化建设和作为其核心的人才培养。大学文化的核心是文化育人。在社会转型期，我国的大学教育出现了“重科学文化，轻人文文化”的倾向。要改变这种倾向，首先，应该在大学确立“全员文化育人意识”；其次，应该全方位实践文化育人的理念；再次，应该充分利用社会文化资源和现代化教学手段加强校园建设文化。
