| Abstract: | The efficient ways of abating project cost are clarified from the optimization of design plan, quota design, intensifying design standard management . The suggestions how to decide scientific and reasonable project cost are put forwards in order to advance acceptance ratio of the bid under warranty of project quality and speed. |
