摩擦系数对薄板阶梯筒形件拉深深度的影响及工艺试验

摘    要:分析了在模具结构相同的情况下,不同摩擦系数对薄板阶梯圆筒件成形过程的影响规律,获得薄板阶梯圆筒件的拉深深度h与摩擦系数f呈线性关系,相关系数k为-62.8;生产实践表明理论分析与实际结果相符。

Abstract:In the case of the same mould structure, the effect law of the forming process of different frication upon the laminose columnar stepped part has been analyzed attaining the linear coefficient of the drawing depth (h) and the friction coefficient (f), the linear coefficient (k)-62.8. It has been validated that the theoretical analysis is consistent with actual result in production.
