摘    要:以稀土超导材料废料为研究对象,分离提取原料中的稀土元素钕、非稀土元素钡,通过硫酸钡沉淀法分离回收钡元素,钡的回收率为92.7%,利用硫酸复盐沉淀法提取分离钕元素,研究了溶液酸度、沉淀温度和沉淀剂的加入量对复盐沉淀形成的影响,钕的分离产物经X-射线衍射检验,只有氢氧化钕的衍射峰。

Abstract:A precipitation method is proposed for separation of the rare earth neodymium and barium from the used rare earth superconduct material. First barium is precipitated from material by adding sulphuric acid to solution to form BaSO_4. The rate of recovery of Ba is 92.67 %. The sulphuric double salt precipitate is adopted for rare earth neodymium separation. That the acidity of solution, the temperature and the amount of precipitating agent affect the formation of the double salt is studied. The purity of neodymium separation product is tested by X ray diffraction.
