| 摘 要： | 订货提前期是供应链管理中的基础性概念，对它的研究是近年来颇受关注的课题。Petri 网以其兼备图形化的描述方式和严格的数学定义的特点而成为很好的复杂物流系统的建模工具。论文给出广义随机Petri网方法的定义，并应用于计算订货提前期和评价提前期中各种活动的效率，对确定提前期具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | To determine the proper lead time in a complicated supply chain,the Generalized Stochastic Petri Net theory and markov theory are employed to build model of the process of order,manufacture and delivery.And a feasible lead time model is put forward,which can also evaluate the efficiency of different activities through the lead time.And a quantitative relation between the lead time and the provider's service level is revealed,which is a key to shorten the lead time. |
