碱锰电池集流体铜钉化学抛光工艺的研究

摘    要:针对碱锰电池集流体铜钉提出了 H2SO4-NaNO3-HCI、H2O2—HNO3和添加光泽碳黑的两步浸蚀等三种化学抛光工艺,并采用多种方法评价了化学抛光后铜钉的性能,其指标包括:铜钉的接触电阻、在锌粉中的折氢量、X射线能谱(EDX)、电池短路电流、电池容量等。研究结果表明,H2SO4-NaNO3-HCI化学抛光工艺所获得的铜钉性能最好,其各项指标均优于或接近于有氰化学抛光工艺。

Abstract:Three types of chemical polishing processes for the current collector of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery were racommened including the H2SO4 - NaNO3 - HCI solution, the H2O2 - HNO3 solution and two - step polishing with bright carbon black. The performance of current collector polished was investigated by means of many methods, such as the volume of evolved hydrogen, contact resistance, EDX, the short circuit current, the capacity of the corresponding batteries and the compatibility with the environment. The experimental results showed that the current collector polished in H2SO4 - NaNO3- HCI solution was optimal among three improved polishing solutions, and was preferable to the traditional ones.
