摘    要:运用扫描电镜及最新引进的电子背散射衍射装置研究了CuZnAl形状记忆合金材料显微结构和织构。将显微组织和晶体学分析相结合,在研究材料显微组织、成分的同时,研究材料中单个晶粒的取向和整体取向的统计学规律,探求热处理条件与组织结构之间的关系。给出了CuZnAl形状记忆合金在轧板和热处理后的组织结构、微观织构和极图。

Abstract:To study the orientation of grains evolved during the annealing of cold rolled commercial Cu Zn Al shape memory alloy, the ability of the electron backscattered diffraction pattern (EBSD or EBSP) was exploited. The microstructure and microtexture of these samples were examined by using SEM and EBSD. For each sample of Cu Zn Al shape memory alloy, individual orientations were measured by EBSD techniques. The EBSD gives the local texture of each component of specimens.
