| 摘 要： | 用模拟粗二氧化锗考察了盐酸浓度、温度对氯化蒸馏的影响。开展了氧化除砷及盐酸萃取除砷和精馏净化的试验；用传统的水解氢还原工艺制得了纯锗。

| Abstract: | The effects of HCl concentration and temperature on chloridizing distillation were studied by use of simulated crude germanium dioxide. Arsenic removal tests by means of oxidation and HCl extraction as well as fractional distillation were carried out. Pure metallic germanium was obtained through the conventional process of hydrolysis and hydrogen reduction. |
