摘    要:研究了TCS一步法涤纶超细FDY的生产工艺。结果表明:提高切片干燥效果、纺丝温度、组件压力、上油率,减缓冷却条件,降低热管温度、纺丝速度,可获得质量优异的超细FDY。

Abstract:In this paper, the production process of the ultrafine polyester with one-step process TCS is studied. The results show that the fine quality of super fineness polyester FDY can be obtained by appropriately increasing the drying effects of PET chips, increasing spinning temperature, pressure of spinpack and o. p. u. , lowering cooling conditions and the thermo-channel temperature and spinning speed.
