氢氧化铝填充聚烯烃复合材料拉伸体积膨胀的研究

摘    要:利用液体静力平衡法测量了复合材料的拉伸体积膨胀率并以SEM表征了材料的结构。研究发现复合材料的拉伸体积膨胀率与材料中所填充的填料体积分数成正比,其拉伸体积膨胀因子则与基体与填料的相容性有关。

Abstract:The dilatation of polyolefin composites filled with aluminum hydroxide after tensile tests was studied by using gravimetric buoyancy technique. It was found that the volume dilatation ratio of the composites was proportional to the content of the filler loaded in the composite, and the tensile volume dilatation factor of the composites was relative to the compatibility of the matrix with the filler.
