| Abstract: | The functions,characters,operation principle and applications on frequency-variable power supply of intelligent pow- er chip SA866AE,a kind of 3-phrase PWM waveform generator,are introduced in this paper.A design for high power frequency- variable power supply is put forward,solves the control problem of IGBT of high power effectively,and simplifies the circuit design greatly. |
