| Abstract: | Effects of different cooling rates and uneven mold temperature on the residual stress inside injection molded parts are studied with the help of numerical methods. The twodimension integral thermoviscoelastic constitutive equation is used to calculate the residual stress. Two examples show that the numerical simulation is valid. |
