生命周期评价在降解塑料研究中的应用

生命周期评价（ＬＣＡ）作为一种环境管理工具，被广泛地应用于制订企业产品开发，设计决策和环保方案的过程中，并日益成为一项改善环境保护的辅助决策工具，在回顾了生命周期评价历史发展背景及其概念框架的前提下，对塑料包装材料及其降解塑料的环境协调性进行了综述，旨在消除人们对塑料的偏见，指出在ＬＣＡ工具的指导下，开发和设计价格低廉，环境协调性好的降解塑料是解决塑料白色污染的一条理想途径。

Application of Life Cycle Assessment in Research of Degradable Plastics

Life cycle assessment(LCA)is a process to evaluate the resourse consumption and environmental burden associated with a product,process,package or activity.It has been developed into a rigorous science,being applied to formulate plastics industry policies and environmental protect plans,and moreover becoming a aid tool for improving the environment.In this paper,the environmental compatability of plastics packaging materials and degradable plastics is reviewed on the basis of historical development background of life cycle assesment and technological framework so as to eliminate people's bias towards plastics.Developing and devising degradable plasticsbeing less harmful to environment with low price and excellent properties may be a right way to solve the problems of environmental pollution.
