PP/CaCO3复合体系的力学性能及其影响因素

摘    要:考察了PP基体种类,偶联剂种类,CaCO3添加量,加工条件,助偶联剂及橡胶弹性体等因素对PP/CaCO3复合材料力学性能的影响,实验结果表明:铝酸酯或烷基羧酸盐等作为PP/CaCO3复合体系的偶联剂,可使PP/CaCO3复合体系即使在CaCO3高添加量的情况下,其冲击韧性也可得到一定提高;而助偶联剂改性石蜡或橡胶弹性体EPDM的添加,可使PP/CaCO3复合体系的冲击强度得到进一步的改善;PP/C

Abstract:Effects of various factors such as types of PP matrix, types of coupling agents, additive content of CaCO 3, process conditions, co_coupling agents, rubber elastomer etc. on the mechanical properties of PP/CaCO 3 composite systems are investigated. The results indicate that, as coupling agents, either aluminate or alkyl carboxylic salt can improve the impact strength of PP/CaCO 3 composite to some degree, even with higher content of CaCO 3, while ,when modified wax or EPDM is added to the system, the impact strength of the system can be improved further than using coupling agents only; the impact strength of the system is mainly decided by the properties of PP matrix and interfaces formed between CaCO 3 and PP, the effect of process conditions is limited.
