| 摘 要： | 介绍了遵照指数混合理论的混合设备－－空穴转换混合器（ＣＴＭ）,它通过重复切断与翻转作用实验混合。装配ＣＴＭ的单螺杆挤出机适用于各种对混合要求较高的场合,如炭黑与聚烯烃的混合挤出,注塑和吹塑以及橡胶胎面挤出等。

| Abstract: | Mixing device, the cavity transfer mixer(CTM) following exponential mixing theory is intro-duced. Its functions are promted by repeated cutting and turning. Single screw extruder with thedevice can be used for various excellent mixing requiremnts cases, such as extrusion, injection andblow molding for blends of polyolefin and cadri black rnaterbatch, and extrusion for tyre treadstocks etc. |
