摘    要:从系统分析的观点阐述了二级电压控制的基本原理,说明了在电力系统联系日趋紧密的情况下,相邻控制区域间的相互关联对二级电压控制效果的影响。文中考虑了区域间联络线的无功潮流的变化,对现有的二级电压控制系统的控制策略进行了改进。采用新的控制方案后,相邻区域的无功电压变化不会影响本区域的控制性能,从而较好地解决了不同区域间二级电压控制器的分散协调控制问题。以新英格兰系统为例进行了数字仿真,验证了改进的二级电压控制方案的有效性。

Abstract:From the point of view of system analysis, principles of secondary voltage control (SVC) are elaborated in the paper. The effects of interconnections among control regions on control performance of SVC are presented as power grid has become increasingly meshed in the past years. By taking into consideration the change of reactive power tie-line flow, an improved control scheme is proposed, which uses additional measurements to offset the effects of the neighboring regions on a regional control performance. The proposed strategy better solves the coordinated distributed problem among secondary voltage controllers in different regions. The simulation results as examples on the New England System are presented to illustrate the validity of the improved control scheme.
