新型紧凑式催化裂化沉降系统的实验研究

摘    要: 在对旋流快速分离器流场和性能研究的基础上,开发了一种应用于催化裂化装置的新型高效旋流快速分离器(旋流快分),并提出了由两级串联的该旋流快分器组成的新型紧凑式催化裂化沉降系统。该系统不仅可以降低设备投资,而且可以显著缩短油气在沉降器内的停留时间,从而有效地减缓油气在沉降器内的结焦反应,改善产品的分布。在大型的冷模实验装置上系统考察了该新型紧凑式沉降系统的性能,实验结果表明,该系统操作稳定,调节灵活,在设计点附近总分离效率可达到99.99%,系统总压降在10kPa以内,基本可以满足工业装置的需要。

Abstract:A novel vortex quick separator for FCC riser termination device (RTD) was first developed based on its flow field analysis and performance experiments. In succession, a novel disengager composed of these two novel separators in series was proposed. With this disengager, refineries can not only reduce the construction cost; but also greatly shorten the residence time of oil gas in the disengager, which will restrain the coking reaction, prolong the operation cycle and improve the product yields of FCC units. The performance of this novel disengager was systematically investigated in a large scale cold model. The experiments showed that it operated smoothly and stably. The total separation efficiency of the two-stage separator could reach 99.99% and the total pressure drop was below 10kPa under common FCC operating points, which indicated its satisfaction of the requests for industrial FCC units.
