摘    要:建立了音圈电机驱动快速反射镜的控制回路模型,并利用该模型对实际对象的参数进行了辨识。设计调节器时从闭环特性入手,采用了基于理想闭环特性(最佳二阶特性)的逆向设计方法。该方法只需调整两个物理意义明确的控制参数阻尼系数和自然频率,可以得到较好的实际效果,从而提高了调节器设计的简洁性与实用性。经试验与仿真验证,该方法效果明显,扰动抑制带宽能达到采样频率的1/6左右,闭环带宽达到采样频率的1/5。

Abstract:A control loop model for fast-steering mirror driven by voice coil motor is established and practical object parameters have been identified by this model. According to the closed-loop performance of voice coil motor, a controller is designed through an inverse design method based on the optimal 2-order property of ideal closed-loop. The method only needs to adjust two control parameters (damping coefficient and inherent frequency) and a better practical effect can be obtained. In this way the simplicity and applicability of controller design are realized. The test and simulation results show that the effect of the method is obvious with disturbance rejection bandwidth up to about 1/6 of the sampling frequency and the closed-loop bandwidth up to 1/5 of the sampling frequency.
