| 摘 要： | 建设项目实施阶段持续时间长，工程造价咨询人员工作量大，工作内容繁杂。文章结合工程造价管理的理论知识和工程造价咨询的实践经验，分析了项目实施阶段的工程造价咨询工作内容，并以实际案例从组织措施、经济措施方面提出了一些具体的操作方法。

| Abstract: | The construction stage takes long time in a construction project, the cost consultation content is numerous and diverse. Combing the theoretical knowledge of construction project cost with the experience in the consultation of a construction project, the paper analyses the consultation work scope in this stage. It also suggests two measures of organization and economy by a real construction ease. |
