陕西省农村公路养护存在的问题及对策

文章深入分析了陕西省农村公路养护中存在的问题及其对策。首先,从责任落实、平衡发展、养护模式、人员素质、养护资金等5个方面归纳了陕西省农村公路养护中现存的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了"不断深化改革,按照建养并重原则,夯实县级人民政府的主体责任;创新体制,积极探索适合省情的农村公路管养模式;积极转变交通部门职能;以政府投入为主,构建多渠道筹资的农村公路管养资金筹措机制"等4条解决措施,有助于促进农村公路管养的进一步发展。

Existing Problems and Solutions of Road Maintenance in Shaanxi County Road
