风电场发电侧配置储能系统的经济性研究

摘    要:采用储能度电成本(LCOS)模型和财务评价方法,以吉林省为例,研究在风电场配置储能系统的经济性问题。不同情景的对比分析发现影响当前储能系统经济性最主要的因素是储能系统的电池成本和峰时电价。目前投资建设储能系统尚不能取得良好收益,但在积极情景中储能系统参与电力辅助服务市场中的二次调频服务可以获得可观的收益。预期随着储能系统总成本的逐步下降以及我国电力辅助服务市场的发展,储能系统的经济性将越发显著。

Abstract:In order to study the economy of deploying energy storage systems in wind farms, this paper uses the levelized cost of storage (LCOS) model and financial evaluation method by taking Jilin as a case study. The comparative analysis of different scenarios show that battery cost and peak-hour electricity price is the most important factors affecting the current energy storage system economy . At present, the investment to establish the energy storage system cannot achieve good returns. But in the positive scenario, it can gain considerable profit by participating in the frequency regulation in ancillary services market. It is expected that the economy of the energy storage system will become increasingly significant with the gradual decline in the total cost of the energy storage system and the development of China’s ancillary services market.
