钻石模型视角下仁怀市酱香型白酒产业集群发展对策研究

产品市场分级是消费者消费导向体系之一。该文将葡萄酒分级作为切入点，以葡萄酒新旧世界葡萄酒等级分级为参考，论述葡萄酒产品市场等级分级的意义，并介绍国内外葡萄酒等级分类类型及企业葡萄酒等级类型。通过SPSS24.0主成分分析（PCA）法，提取直观型、产区型和工业产品型多等级分类的3种模式，研究适合我国葡萄酒行业的分级体系，并提出构建我国葡萄酒等级的启示。

Research on the development of Renhuai sauce-flavor Baijiu industry cluster from the perspective of Diamond Model

The sauce-flavor Baijiu (Chinese liquor) industrial cluster in Renhuai city of Guizhou province is one of the most specialized industrial clusters in China. The development of Renhuai sauce-flavor Baijiu industry cluster was related to the transformation and upgrading of alcoholic drink industry, the development level of regional economy and the improvement of competitiveness. In this paper, using Michael Porter's Diamond Model, the development status and existing problems of Renhuai sauce-flavor Baijiu were analyzed from the factors of production factors, enterprise strategy and competition, demand condition, related support industry, external opportunities, and the government's role. On this basis, some countermeasures and suggestions to promote its further development were put forward, to promote some useful thoughts for the development of the industry and the promotion of relevant research.
