异常发热复合绝缘子温升的影响因素研究

摘    要:对异常发热复合绝缘子在不同环境湿度、温度、风速以及电场强度作用下的温升进行测试。新绝缘子在不同温湿度条件下几乎不出现温升,伞套材料劣化复合绝缘子的温升随环境湿度的上升而升高,随着风速的提高而减小,随均压环屏蔽深度的增大而减小。材料劣化为复合绝缘子出现异常发热的前提。环境温湿度通过影响材料在交变电场下极化损耗所产生的发热能量以及绝缘子的散热条件,从而影响绝缘子的温升。风速将影响绝缘子的散热条件。电场强度的变化将直接影响材料极化损耗所引起的发热能量,均压环对高压端场强的削减作用将有效抑制绝缘子的温升。

Abstract:The temperature rise of composite insulator with abnormal heating is tested under different ambient humidity, temperature, wind speed and electric field intensity. New insulators hardly show any the temperature rise under different temperature and humidity conditions. The temperature rise of the composite insulator with the deterioration of shed material properties increases with the increase of the ambient humidity, decreases with the increase of the wind speed, and decreases with the increase of the depth of grading ring. Material deterioration is the premise of the abnormal heating in the composite insulator. The ambient temperature and humidity has the impact on the temperature rise of the insulator, by affecting the heating energy generated by the polarization losses of the materials under alternating electric field and the heat dissipation conditions for the insulator. The wind speed can affect the heat dissipation conditions. The electric field intensity can directly affect the heating energy caused by the polarization losses of the materials. The attenuation effect of the grading ring on the electric field near the high voltage end can effectively suppress the temperature rise of the insulator
