摘    要:针对目前临床上人工韧带产品需求量大但淘汰率高的问题,从几何特征、织造方式、表面形态等方面对当前11种典型纺织基人工韧带进行了系统分析,同时对比分析了典型产品Stryker?-Meadox的移出样和原样的力学性能、纤维形貌、降解性能等,并对其体内失效机制进行了探究。结果表明:人工韧带产品结构多样且形态各异,主要与其临床适应症有关;长期植入后材料与骨组织之间的磨损及体内复杂环境下高分子材料的结构变化可能是导致其失效的主要原因,研究可为优化现有人工韧带产品结构、进一步改善其性能提供参考。

Abstract:In view of large clinical demand for artificial ligament (AL) products and high elimination rate, the present work reports on research where eleven AL products were investigated comprehensively on their geometric features, textures, and surface morphology. In addition, failure mechanisms of a typical product Stryker?-Meadox were explored in terms of mechanical property, fiber morphology and biodegradation through analysis of explants and virgin samples. The results show that the existing AL products have various structures and different shapes, which is related to their clinical indications, and that the surface abrasion of the samples and internal structural changes of the polymers might be the leading causes of the failure after long-term implantation. The findings of this work provide some insights into optimizing the existing AL products.
