考虑网格信息熵的配电网资产运维投入优化方法研究

摘    要:首先,提出网格信息熵分析理念,引入系统动力学模型从资产规模、资产状态、经营效益等多维信息进行运维投入影响因素识别;其次引入灰色关联度模型综合优选资产运维投入优化分配的输入变量;最后基于变量选取结果,结合信息熵理论进行投入分配权重计量及网格综合状态评价,构建运维投入优化分配模型。以某地区配电网网格化综合状态信息进行实证研究,结果表明该模型能够在精准投入管控下,为配电网资产运维投入科学分析与合理决策提供理论方法借鉴。

Abstract:Firstly, this paper proposes the concept of grid information entropy analysis, and uses system dynamics model to identify the influencing factors of operation and maintenance investment from multi-dimensional information such as asset scale, asset status, and operating benefits. Then this paper uses gray correlation analysis model to comprehensively select input variables for the optimal allocation of asset operation and maintenance investment. Finally, combining with the results of variable selection, this paper uses information entropy theory to measure the weight of input distribution, evaluate the comprehensive state of the grid, and build an optimal distribution model for the operation and maintenance investment. This paper conducts an empirical study on the comprehensive state information of the distribution grid in a certain area. The results show that the model can provide a theoretical method reference for the scientific analysis and reasonable decision-making of the distribution network asset operation and maintenance investment under the precise investment management and control.
