锁环回退距对封隔器胶筒密封性能影响研究

摘    要:封隔器作为完井必不可少工具,其密封可靠性直接关系着作业的成败。对于封隔器的密封性能研究,大部分集中在胶筒结构和防突优化研究上,基本忽略了锁紧机构回退对密封性能的影响。以177.8 mm(7英寸)隔离封隔器锁环机构为研究对象,完成了锁环回退距的机理研究; 设计了微位移测量系统,用于检测锁环回退距与坐封力之间的关系。将试验数据与ANSYS软件相结合,分析锁环回退距对胶筒与套管间接触压力的影响。研究结果表明,当回退距达6 mm时,接触压力下降5.3 MPa,降幅达到48%; 回退距与接触压力间呈现线性关系,锁环回退距的增加对密封性能影响较明显。该结论对提升封隔器胶筒密封可靠性具有重要意义,也为锁环设计及优化提供理论支持,从而降低对胶筒组形状结构和材料性能的要求。

Abstract:As an indispensable tool for completion, that seal reliability of packer is directly related to the success of the operation. At present, most of the research on the sealability of packers focused on the structure of the rubber cylinder and the optimization of anti-outburst, and basically ignored the influence of the locking mechanism on the sealing performance. Taking the 7 inches isolation packer lock ring mechanism as the research object, the mechanism study of the locking loop back was studied. The micro-displacement measuring system was designed for the first time to detect the relationship between locking loop back and sealing force. The influence of locking loop back on the contact pressure between rubber barrel and casing was analyzed by combining the test data with ANSYS. The results show that the contact pressure decreases by 5.3 MPa, or 48%, when the amount of back-off reaches 6 mm. There is a linear relationship between the return amount and the contact pressure, and the increase of the return amount has a significant impact on the sealing performance. This conclusion is of great significance for improving the seal reliability of the packer rubber cylinder, and provides theoretical support for the design and optimization of the lock ring, thereby reducing the requirements for the shape, structure and material properties of the rubber cylinder group.
