| 摘 要： | D-生物素属于B族维生素，也是合成维生素C的必要物质，最初在酵母的研究过程中被发现，之后与其相关的报道层出不穷。在工业中，D-生物素以化学法合成，但化学法有工艺繁杂以及会对环境造成危害等弊端，而利用生物法合成D-生物素则有工艺简单和环境友好等优点，因此近些年通过微生物合成D-生物素的研究越来越广泛。该文综述了D-生物素的生理作用、化学合成法、生物合成法以及微生物合成D-生物素的研究进展，旨在为以后研究者们对微生物合成D-生物素的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | D-biotin is one of the B-vitamins, and it is an essential substance for the synthesis of vitamin C. The study of D-biotin has been extensively reported since it was discovered in yeast. D-biotin was produced via chemical methods in the industry, but the chemical methods had disadvantages such as complicated process and environmental harm, while the synthesis of D-biotin by biological methods had advantages such as simples process and environmentally friendly. The physiological functions, chemical synthesis, biosynthesis of D-biotin and the progress in the synthesis of D-biotin by microorganisms were reviewed, in order to provide a reference for future researchers to study the synthesis of D-biotin by microorganisms. |
