摘    要:为了提高车间设备利用率,运用系统布置设计对某工厂零件加工车间设施总体布置进行了评价,得到了作业单位综合接近度排序表。对车间布置和生产流程进行了Flexsim建模和仿真分析,并通过调整零件生产流程与整合设备配置,确定了优化后的车间布置方案。结果表明:优化后的方案提高了车间的设备利用率和腾出了更多空间,使部分零件的生产流程趋于合理。研究工作增加了传统布置设计方法无法考虑到的因素,为车间实际生产过程提供了有效的仿真数据,提高了优化方案的可行性。

Facility Layout Optimization in Parts Processing Workshop with Systematic Layout Planning Approach

Abstract:To improve utilization rates of workshop facilities, facility layout evaluation and sequence table of comprehensive proximity for operation units were obtained successfully with systematic layout planning approach in the parts processing workshop of a factory. And then, the facility layout and production process of the workshop were modeled and simulated by simulation software Flexsim. Finally, an optimized workshop layout scheme was established after adjusting parts production processes and integrating equipment configurations. The result shows that utilization rates of facilities are enhanced and the space occupancy decreases, thus production processes of some parts become reasonable. The research introduces more condition factors than traditional layout design approaches, which provides effective simulation data for actual production processes and improve the feasibility of the optimized layout scheme.
