大学生非智力因素培养的实验报告

摘    要:对理工院校非英语专业大学生进行了非智力因素培养实验,并以英语学习情况作为参照。通过多种有针对性的教育手段的实施,表明非智力因素的培养对提高大学生的学习成绩和学习能力有显著的作用。实验班采取了讲座、演讲、竞赛、交流、适当施加学习压力等多种教育形式,学生的各项非智力因素普遍增强(91.9%),成绩比对照班明显提高(P<0.001),各种实验方法行之有效。同时也可以看出,培养大学生的非智力因素是高校教师一项长期而艰巨的工作。

Abstract:This paper intends to probe into the ways and means of developing the non-intelligence factors of the college students of non-English majors for the purpose of improving their academic performance.The experimental class takes a series of methods such as giving lectures,taking part in contests,being involved in communication,exerting proper pressures on the subjects.As a result,all the non-intelligence factors of the students have been widely enhanced(91.9%),and the students' performance considerably improved when compared with that of the contrastive class(P<0.001).In conclusion,the various methods used in the experiment have proved effective;teachers should give priority to the development of the students' non-intelligence factors and put it into practice in the daily teaching work..
