| Abstract: | The market structure of Fushun petrochemical company(hereafter called "the company") in the considerations of the company's cost structure and commercial environment is analysed on the base of the "Botter 5th" theory. It emphasizes the impacts from industry and macro economic environment by the use of "Botter theory",expecting that can establish the competitive market advantages of the company and can build the framework of competitive strategy,according effects of the enterprise internal factors. |
