| 摘 要： | 以磷渣为主，辅掺其他工业废渣及矿化剂，综合利用晶种和矿化剂配制成一种水泥熟料形成促进剂。通过煅烧试验，得到高活性水泥熟料促进剂的配比为：磷渣80％～90％，钢渣7％-15％，萤石0～5％；在水泥生料中的掺量范围为8％～20％。
