| 摘 要： | 采用92.6 dtex/72 f聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)POY为原料,在AFK-1000型加弹机上生产83dtex/72 f PTT DTY,讨论了DTY的生产工艺。结果表明:选择加工速度450 m/min,第一热箱温度150℃,关闭第二热箱,拉伸倍数1 20,D/Y比1 50～1.51,网络压力0.04 MPa,摩擦盘为聚氨酯摩擦盘,生产的PTTDTY后加工性能好。

| Abstract: | The polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT)DTY of 83 dtex/72 f was produced from 92.6 dtex/72 f PTT POY on an AFK-1000 texturing machine.The production process of PTT DTY was discussed.The results showed that the PTT DTY with fairly good after-processing performance can be obtained under the conditions as followed:processing speed 450 m/rain,the first heater temperature 150 ℃,the shut-down second heater,draw ratio 1.20,D/Y ratio 1.50-1.51,interlace pressure 0.04 M Pa,polyurethane friction disc. |
