摘    要:以石蜡为基本原料,以BPO作为引发剂,研究石蜡接枝MAH的工艺条件,在初步条件研究的基础上通过正交设计摸索出最佳工艺条件:温度为140℃、MAH用量为5g、引发剂用量为0.20g、反应时间为5h。找出影响石蜡接枝MAH的主次因素。同时对接枝石蜡进行乳化,不加助乳化剂,仅加入少量乳化剂就能将其乳化,得平均粒径在100nm以下。用这种方法制出的接枝石蜡更有利于制成微乳蜡,以满足现代工业的发展需要。

Abstract:The paper uses paraffin wax as basic material, BPO as initiator and studies operational condition of paraffin wax graft with MAH . Under the basic research of primary conditions, we find out the optimal conditions of every kinds of wax's preparation by orthogonality design are under reaction temperature 1401, MAH5g, initiatorO. 20g, reaction time5h. We find the primary and secondy elements of paraffin wax graft,at the same time, the mean particle diameter of the microemulsion of graft paraffin wax is under 100nm with a few surfactants, without cosurfactant. The graft paraffin wax will satisfy the demands of modern industry's development.
