摘    要:采用"好氧-厌氧-好氧"三段活性污泥强化除碳工艺,结合化学氧化-混凝沉淀方法进行阿托伐他汀钙制药废水处理的实验研究。实验结果表明,生化段废水中COD从3 g/L降低到0.45 g/L左右,去除率达85.0%;化学氧化、混凝段COD从0.45 g/L左右降到0.3 g/L以下,去除率可达35%以上;总除率达到90.5%~91.4%。处理后的废水各项指标均达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996三级)。

Abstract:By adopting the carbon removal process of activated sludge process of aerobic biochemical-an-aerobic biochemical-aerobic biochemical by combining with powerful oxidation and coagulation, the re-search of atorvastatin calcium pharmaceutical wastewater is carried out. During the biochemical process, it shows that the COD decreases to about 0.45 g/L from the beginning of 3 g/L and the re- moval rate of COD is 85.0%. The COD is smaller than 0. 3 g/L and the removal rate is more than 35% in oxidation and coagulation. The water quality of the final effluent meets the third grade of Inte-grated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
