基于“大部制＂的教授研究室服务本科教育功能的完善

＂大部制＂改革已成为当前中国高校内部管理制度创新的重要内容。从沈阳师范大学教授研究室制度10年发展建设成果出发,阐述了教授研究室的学术交流、知识传授、人才培养和教研指导的功能,分析了教授研究室当前存在的问题,提出了＂大部制＂背景下教授研究室服务本科教育,贯彻落实全面育人、全员育人和全程育人的工作思路。

Function and management of undergraduate education from professor＇s research laboratory under background of super-ministries

Super-ministry system reform has become an important element of internal management system innovation in colleges and universities of China.Based on the developmental achievements of professor research office system of the decade in Shenyang Normal University,the functions of academic exchange,knowledge spread,talents development and research direction in the professor research office are explained,and the current problems of the professor research office are analyzed.Therefore, the working route of serving the undergraduate education is proposed,and the tasks are fulfilled, which are including nurturing students on all perspective,all people and through all process under the background of super ministry system.
