钢包回转台连杆的强度有限元分析

摘    要:在冶金设备钢包回转台的使用过程中,左右对称的两个连杆会因工况较差而经常损坏。为了掌握连杆的损坏原因,采用Pr0/ENGlNEERWildfire软件建立了钢包回转台右连杆的三维模型,采用ANSYS软件对钢包回转台右连杆在承栽450t钢水罐时进行了强度有限元分析,得出了相应的位移图、应力图以及应变图,找到了相应的位移、应力以及应变的分布规律。钢包回转台右连杆的有限元数值模拟结果为钢包回转台的改进提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:During the usage process of steel package rotation table, two symmetrical connecting rods are usually damaged because of bad working condition. In order to know the damage cause of connect- ing rods, Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire software is adopted to establish a three dimensional model of steel package rotation table right connecting rod. ANSYS software is used for strength finite element anal- ysis of steel package rotation table right connecting rod under carrying 450 tons liquid steel package. The relative displacement figure, stress figure and strain figure are obtained, and the relative distribu- tion rules of displacement, stress and strain are found. The finite element numerical simulation results of steel package rotation table connecting rod provides an important reference basis for the improve- ment of steel package rotation table.
