铸轧液压AGC系统的模糊PID控制仿真

摘    要:铸轧液压AGC系统是板带厚度主要控制手段,根据实际工程研究,通过液压系统的相关理论建立比较准确的五阶数学模型,采用传统PID对此类高阶模型的参数调整控制效果较差,而模糊PID能够根据实际工况自动调整PID参数来达到系统的要求。因此,在传统PID基础上加入模糊PID控制算法,能够有效地提高铸轧液压AGC系统响应过程,通过仿真验证了模糊PID控制暂态过程更优。

Abstract:The hydraulic AGC system is the key equipment to control strip thickness during strip cast- ing process. According to the research of the practical engineering, the controlling effect of traditional PID is not good for adjusting such high order model parameters for strip casting. However, the fuzzy PID can automatically adjust the PID parameters to achieve system requirements according to actual working. Therefore, the fuzzy PID can effectively improve the response process of the roll hydraulic AGC system by adding the fuzzy PID control algorithm to traditional PID. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID is better for intransient process control.
