多元智能理论与高校太极拳教学改进策略

摘    要:以多元智能理论为依托,简述了太极拳运动的基本功效和特点;分析了高校太极拳教学中存在的“内容简单没能反映太极真谛、目标单一只能提升运动智能、方法陈旧影响学生个性发展、评价片面不利激发学习兴趣、师资缺乏制约教学质量提升”等问题;对提高太极拳教学质量提出了“修订教材完善教学内容、目标多元发展学生智能、以人为本改进教学方法、注重过程全面综合评价、多管齐下提高师资水平”等对策建议。

Abstract:By replying on the theory of multiple intelligences, the efficacy and characteristics of Tai jiquan movement are briefly introduced, the following problems existing in Taijiquan teaching are ana lyzed, such as simple content, single objective, old method, unilateral evaluation and the lack of im proving the teahcing quality. Fianlly, some suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of Tai jiquan teaching, such as changing the teaching content, improving the teaching method, paying atten tion to comprehensive evaluation and improving the level of teachers.
