采煤机自动调高控制系统研究

摘    要:在分析比较国内外多种煤岩界面识别传感器的基础上,研究了以自然γ射线煤岩办面识别传感器为煤岩界面识别元件的采煤机自动调高控制系统,确定了整个系统的调高方案、控制任务,完成了控制系统软硬件的设计、调试工作,并采用计算机作为辅助手段对所设计的控制系统的数字控制器进行仿真分析,数据表明经过三个采样周期后系统趋于稳定,验证了整个控制系统的合理性,对煤矿井下测报实例进行煤厚测报的结果是,最大煤厚误差为43mm,表明此系统可靠、实用。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the current coal rock interface sensor (CIS) techniques, the automatic horizon control system of coal mining machine with natural gamma ray CIS was introduced. The horizon control scheme, control tasks, the hardware and the program of the control system were designed and tested. The system digital controller was analyzed by the computer aided simulation program. The results indicate that after three sampling cycles the system is stable and the whole control system is reasonable. This system also was used to measure the real coal thickness under coal mine, the maximum error is 43 mm. This shows that the system is reliable and practical.
