球霰石碳酸钙微球的合成及其机理

摘    要:以碳酸钠(Na2CO3)和氯化钙(CaCl2)为原料,采用聚丙烯酸(PAA)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为有机添加剂,合成出高球霰石含量的碳酸钙微球。分别对样品的形貌和晶型进行了表征,通过研究反应过程中PAA和SDBS浓度对碳酸钙微球形貌和晶型的影响,对其形成机理进行了详细的探讨。研究结果表明:反应过程中PAA和SDBS会影响碳酸钙的聚集行为和形貌晶型,以此提出了一种鲜有报道的球霰石碳酸钙微球的形成机理;并且当PAA浓度为1.0g/L、SDBS浓度为2.5mmol/L时可获得粒径范围为5~8μm的高球霰石含量的碳酸钙微球。

Abstract:High vaterite content of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) microspheres were synthesized by the aqueous solutions of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and calcium chloride (CaCl2) in the presence of poly (acrylic acid) (PAA) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) .Morphologies and polymorphs of the precipitated CaCO3were firstly characterized by ordinary technique . Effects of PAA and SDBS concentration on the morphologies and polymorphs of the CaCO3microspheres in the reaction process were investigated ,and the crystal growth mechanism was also discussed .Results show that PAA and SDBS can influence the aggregation behaviors and morphologies of CaCO3in the reaction process ,then a rarely reported crystal growth mechanism of the vaterite CaCO3microspheres is put forward . When the PAA concentration is 1.0g/L and SDBS concentration is 2.5mmol/L ,the high vaterite content of CaCO3microspheres with particle diameters of 5-8μm are obtained .
