摘    要:采用热力学软件对三元无氟CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2渣系中TiO_2含量选择进行宏观计算,结合黏度测试仪及热丝法结晶测定仪开展了TiO_2含量对连铸三元无氟CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2渣系渣黏度和结晶特性的影响规律的实验研究,进一步模拟计算了实际组分实验渣的热力学规律,深入探讨了该渣系中TiO_2性质及对保护渣冶金特性影响的机理。结果表明:(1)CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2三元无氟渣系TiO_2含量在3%~9%(质量分数,下同)之间,保护渣黏度随着TiO_2含量增加而降低;TiO_2含量在9%~11%之间,黏度随着TiO_2含量增加而升高。(2)CaO-SiO_2-TiO_2三元无氟渣系结晶性能随着TiO_2含量的增加而增强,渣系主要析出晶体为钙钛矿(Ca-TiO3)。(3)TiO_2含量对保护渣网络结构的影响显著,TiO_2含量在3%~7%范围内,作为破网物存在,TiO_2含量大于7%时,以结网物存在。
