摘    要:为确定不同污染工况对路用降温涂层降温性能的影响程度,制备两种降温涂层,确定其基本路用性能,并构建尘土污染、油料污染、化学腐蚀污染三种工况模拟道路的实际污染状况。基于Matlab图像处理技术分析了不同污染工况下降温涂层表面的污染程度,采用室外降温效果测试方法系统研究了不同污染工况下两种降温涂层的降温效果。结果表明三种工况下所制备降温涂层的降温效果均出现不同程度的降低,但降幅总体较小。尘土污染工况下,降温效果降幅在0.4~1.3℃之间;在不同类型油料污染工况下,降温效果降幅在1.2~3.1℃之间,其中柴油对降温性能影响最大;在不同种类化学腐蚀污染工况下,降温效果降幅在2.3~2.4℃之间,NaOH溶液和HCl溶液对降温性能的影响差别较小。

Abstract:The present work aims to determine the efficacy of various pollution conditions on the cooling performance of road cooling coating.We fabricated two kinds of cooling coatings and obtained their basic road performance,and also established three kinds of simulated working conditions,i.e.dust pollution,oil pollution and chemical pollution,which were expected to imitate actual pollution situation of road.Based on Matlab,the pollution level of the cooling coating surface under different pollution conditions was analyzed,and the cooling efficacy of the above mentioned cooling coatings subj ected to different pollution conditions were evaluated systematically by a mean of outdoor cooling efficacy test.Our experiment,indicated the small and mutually unequal decrements of the cooling coatings'efficacy under different levels of those three conditions.The dust pollution conditions lead to the efficacy de-clines ranging from 0.4 ℃ to 1.3 ℃,compared to the original efficacy level.The efficacy reduction was about 1.2—3.1 ℃ with re-spect to the cooling coating subj ected to various types of oil pollution conditions,in which the diesel oil pollution holds the greatest attenuation effect upon the cooling performance.We also observed the slight efficacy deterioration within 2.3—2.4 ℃ induced by dif-ferent types of chemical pollution condition,in which the NaOH and HCl solutions exhibit approximately equivalent influence.
