抽风式预热过程浸入式水口升温特性研究

摘    要:以宝钢的利用喷射引流技术预热浸入式水口为原型,建立抽取烘烤中间包余热的抽风式预热装置数学模型.运用有限体积法对水口预热过程进行流固耦合计算,研究水口预热温度在不同预热时间和进出口压差条件下的变化情况,分析水口预热质量与压差之间的关系.结果表明:水口颈部升温曲线在前30 min接近线性变化,随着预热的进行温升率逐渐降低;进出口压差对浸入式水口预热质量影响显著,压差越大,水口关键点预热温度越高,水口轴向温度梯度越小,温度分布更合理.

Abstract:Taken the preheating apparatus with deflating of waste heat in a plant in China as a prototype, a numerical model was established. By using method of finite volume, a fluid-solid coupling calculation was conducted for thenozzle preheating process. Changes of nozzle preheating temperature with preheating time and pressure difference in inlet and outlet were studied. Relationship between preheating quality and the pressure difference was analysed. The results showed that the temperature-rising curves at nozzle neck are close to linear at the first 30 minutes, while the temperature rising rate decreases gradually with the preheating process; pressure difference has a great effect on preheating quality of submerged entry nozzle. The higher the pressure difference is, the higher the temperature at key points is, the axial temperature gradient is lower and temperature distribution is more reasonable.
