纳米二硫化钼的制备研究现状及展望

摘    要:纳米二硫化钼综合了纳米材料和本体二硫化钼的特点,具有优异的催化、润滑及光电性能,在很多领域都得到了广泛应用及重视。本文在结合国内外文献的基础上,综述了水热法、化学气相沉积法、锂离子-插层剥离法、微乳液法等纳米二硫化钼制备方法的研究现状,并对各种制备方法的优缺点进行总结,最后展望了纳米二硫化钼未来的发展前景。

Study on the preparation status and prospect of nanoscaled molybdenum disulfide
Abstract:Nanoscaled molybdenum disulfide integrated the characteristics of nano materials and bulk MoS2 , with excellent catalysis, lubrication and photoelectric properties, which had been widely used and valued in many areas. This paper reviewed the recent research of preparation of nanoscaled molybdenum disulfide based on domes-tic and international literatures including hydrothermal method, chemical vapor deposition method, lithium ion-in layer stripping method, microemulsion method, and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the nanoscaled molybdenum disulfide preparation methods. Finally, the development directions of nanoscaled molybdenum disul-fide were forecasted.
