| 摘 要： | 目的 针对发动机试验的需求 ,在保持原垫圈特性的同时 ,将垫圈设计成为一个力传感器 .方法 利用应变片将力信号转化为电信号 .结果 给出了力传感器的校准曲线 .结论 该传感器不仅可以测量安装过程中的预紧力 ,而且可以反映柴油机工作状态下动态载荷情况 .

| Abstract: | Aim The spacer of engines is redesigned as a force transducer while acting as a spacer too on purpose of the test of engines. Methods Strain gauges are used to convert the force into an electric signal. Results The calibration curve of the force transducer is given. Conclusion This kind of force transducer can measure both the static preload on the engine assembling bolts and the dynamic load of engines under working condition. |
