| 摘 要： | 介绍了腐蚀在线监测技术及其在蒸馏装置塔顶空冷器上的应用 ,探讨了蒸馏装置炼制超稠油时低温部位的腐蚀规律 ,指出腐蚀监测结果基本符合实际情况 ,其塔顶低温部位腐蚀速率大于 0 .1mm/a ,应加强工艺注剂的优化。腐蚀深度测试灵敏度为 0 .1μm。
