摘    要:摘 要:根据催化裂化汽提工艺的特点,提出了汽提器开发需要着重解决的几个问题。针对这些问题开发了一种导向板式填料汽提器。冷模实验结果表明,并在同样的操作条件下和传统的盘环形挡板汽提器、空筒流化床汽提器进行对比。实验结果表明,和传统的盘环形挡板结构相比,该结构不仅具有较高的汽提效率,而且还容许更高的催化剂质量流率。在相同操作条件下,汽提效率可提高约25%,汽提器空间有效利用率可提高10%,在催化剂质量流率提高50%时还具有较高的汽提效率。

Abstract:Abstract:A new packing FCC stripper was developed according to the characteristic of FCC stripping process. Cold experiment about the stripper had been carried out. Oxygen tracing method was used to measure stripping efficiency. Moreover, performance comparisons were given between said stripper and other two traditional strippers, disc and donut stripper and empty-cylinder stripper, in the same operational parameters. The experimental results give a high evaluation to this novel stripper, with a higher stripping efficiency and toleration of higher catalyst flux. At same operational conditions, there are about 25 percent more stripping efficiency, 10 percent more effective stripper volume and 30 percent more catalyst flux. Even at a catalyst flux 50 percent more than traditional industrial condition, a considerable high stripping efficiency can still be in hand.
