脉冲GTAW焊接区视觉图象传感系统

摘    要:设计了一套用于焊缝成形质量控制的脉冲GTAW焊接区图象传感系统,可同时同幅获得熔池正前方、正后方和背面等三个角度的图象。复合滤光技术配合低的取像电流,有效地克服了弧光的影响,所获得的图象清晰度高、对比性强、信息丰富,为深入研究脉冲GTAW的动态过程提供了有利的工具。

Abstract:A visual image sensing system used in quality control of weld appearance for weld zone of pulsed GTAW is developed. The system as a part of the control system for weld shape can realize simultaneous image sensing of front topside, back topside and bottom side weld pool in a frame. The composite filter technology with low sampling image current is used to overcome the influence of arc light. The high quality and clear images of weld zones are acquired, which supply plenty information to study the dynamic process of pulsed GTAW.
