DC-型乙苯脱氢催化剂的性能与工业应用

摘    要:在铁系基础上通过引入助剂及改进制备方法开发了DC-型乙苯脱氧制苯乙烯催化剂。其性能达到国内外同类产品的先进水平。工艺条件试验说明可大空速下运转。经不同规模的等温式和绝热式工业应用证明具有高活性、高机械强度和耐水性好等特点。依据绝热式与DC-型催化剂的特点采用双层组合的新工艺,发挥了催化剂的效能。

Abstract:The DC-type catalyst, which is an iron-based catalyst for the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene,has been developed and successfully utilized in several commercial units in China. It has been shown by these industrial applications that the performance of DC-type catalysts is comparable with the imported catalysts under similar reaction conditions. Operations in various commercial scales also showed that DC-type catalysts possessed high activity and selectivity,excellent mechanical strength as well as novel moisture-proof properties. A bi-layer configuration of catalyst loading combining the special features of the adiabatic reactor with that of the DC-type catalyst has been adopted, which can increase the catalyst selectivity by 4 percent,as compared with the single layer configuration.
