摘    要:对Nd2Ti2O7-BaTiO3-TiO2系陶瓷的相结构和介电性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:少量Nd2Ti2O7(NT)掺杂到,BaTiO3(BT)中后形成铁电固溶体材料,其Curie温度随NT含量的增加向负温方向移动,同时,材料的晶粒尺寸不断增大;在NT-BT-TiO2三元系统中,当BT含量低于60%(质量分数)时,调整三者的配比,可使烧结后生成的BaNd2Ti5O14,Ba2Ti9O20,Nd

Abstract:The phase structure and dielectric properties of ceramics in Nd 2Ti 2O 7-BaTiO 3-TiO 2 system were investigated in this paper. The results show that ferroelectric solid solution is formed when a small amount of Nd 2Ti 2O 7(NT) is doped into BaTiO 3(BT), the Curie temperature of which will shift to negative as the amount of NT is increased, and the crystal size will increase as well. In NT-BT-TiO 2 system, if the content of BT is less than 60%(in mass), when the ratio in relative to each other is adjusted, the amount of formed BaNd 2Ti 5O 14 ,Ba 2Ti 9O 20 ,Nd 2Ti 2O 7, and TiO 2 will change accordingly, and a series of ceramics with different dielectric constants and temperature coefficients will be formed.
